• Minimum of 21 years of age
• When the minimum age of 21 years is not met online payment including CDW is required
• When the minimum age of 21 years has not met a deposit may be required for rental approval
• All prices include 9% taxes (OB)
• Rental prices include WA Liability insurance 
• Rental prices are based per day (24 hours)
• Late fee on vehicle return is USD10 per hour

If you did not prepay for your reservation, there will be no cancellation fee. If the payment has already been done the following conditions apply:

Cancellation fees apply on prepaid orders of which the following conditions apply:

• If a prepaid reservation is canceled more than 72 hours before the pick-up time, a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed.
• If the prepaid reservation is canceled within 72 hours before the pickup time, a $75 cancellation fee will be assessed
• If a prepaid reservation is canceled within 24 hours before the pick-up time, a $100 cancellation fee will be assessed.

• No-show

If the customer does not cancel the reservation prior to the time of pick-up and the rental vehicle is not picked up on the rental date, the entire prepaid amount will be forfeited.

• Changing and modifying your reservation

Possibly – rental rates can change on a daily basis so changing the dates or number of days may change the daily rate.

Dushi Rentals Curacao is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms before making a reservation.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Dushi Rentals Curacao and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
